Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of item being delivered to customer. Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to cover returns for incorrect item(s) delivered or manufacturer’s defects. Items damaged during the process of delivery are not covered for returns.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the original state you received them (i.e. in the original packaging, not damaged, no missing parts).
We reserve the right to reject any returns that does not meet the requirements of our return policy. If the items show sign of normal wear and tear (i.e. not in their original packaging, damaged, ripped or stained), or the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

1. There is defect on my item, can I request for refund?
We carefully check each item before shipping them out, however, it is possible that we may have missed something. Please write to us at email@example.com with your proof of purchase and defect pictures.
We offer full refund or exchange provided you meet the Terms and Conditions stated under the Refunds Policy section (see above).
2. How long do you take to process a refund or exchange?
Please allow 10 business days for us to process your refund or exchange.
3. I change my mind on my purchases, can I request for refund?
We are happy to offer you an exchange for a different colour/ design or item of similar value provided you meet the Terms and Conditions stated under the Refunds Policy section (see above).
We, however, is unable to provide a refund for change of mind.
4. Do I have to incur any other fees (i.e. shipping fees)?
To return an item for exchange or refund, all shipping cost to us will be borne by the customer. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s), please ensure that the item is appropriately packed and shipped with a tracking number.
Shipping cost of the exchanged item to the customer will also be borne by the customer.
5. I bought it during sales, can I request for refund?
Unfortunately, all items sold at discounted price or during sales are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
