Placing items through the holes such as a shoe lace for lacing or pipe cleaners will build fine motor skills, pincer grip, and hand eye coordination. You can string beads to continue to develop fine motor skills. Try putting golf tees in one the pegs and a Pom Pom on top the blow it off the tee into the next bin for improved breath support. You can also work on finger isolation tasks and flick the Pom Pom into the next bin. Or take rubberbands or hair ties and place them around the pegs to work on hand skills that are needed to use scissors. You can practice bow tying with your shoe laces.
